One of the names that did not miss this trend is Razer. The new Viper Mini Signature Edition, which the company introduced today, weighs only 49 grams. Thus making it the company’s lightest gaming mouse. The mouse, which is designed with a grooved top like many of its competitors to be lightweight, blends a lightweight structure with a solid body with a “magnesium alloy exoskeleton”.
The mouse, which will be shipped with a very special carrying box, is completely black and wireless. Magnesium allow chassis is durable and more rigid than plastic, yet lighter than titanium. Stating that they tried plastic, carbon fiber, and even titanium before deciding on magnesium for this mouse, the company places the optical sensor called “Focus Pro 30K” at the heart of the model.
With a polling value of 4,000 Hz, the product brings a total lifespan of 60 hours. The gaming mouse, which can be fully charged via USB-C in 90 minutes, also carries two buttons on its side. Razer Viper Mini Signature Edition has a price of 280 dollars. The model will be available on February 11 and will be sold exclusively on Razer’s official site at first.
